In order for us to be able to handle a complaint as smoothly as possible, we need the following information when you send in the complained about product:<\/p>\n

  • Your contact details: Name, address, phone number and email address.<\/li>\n
  • Information about the product: Product name, batch number and best before date.<\/li>\n
  • Place of purchase and price.<\/li>\n
  • A description of the complaint.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
